Electric Wire Rope Hoists from Donati

 DONATI JIB CRANES

Jib Cranes by Donati are proving to be the popular option on today's market, for light to medium duty operations Donati hold the market share for jib cranes, this means one key thing that is fantastic new for the buyer: economies of scale, the more they sell, the cheaper they can make them, the cost is then lowered to the buyer to reflect and win more market share.

Donati supply jib cranes usually up to 5 tonnes, however they do offer larger special jibs such as the large one featured on the Donati brochure front cover with a large wire rope hoist lifting a boat outdoors at a boat yard, fully motorised. A comprehensive range of jib cranes up to 5 tonnes can be shipped from Italy to the end user in under 4 working weeks! Choose from free standing pillars to wall mounted and even articulated configurations that allow the arm to bend at two points and avoid an object in the way such as a column of a building.

Donati swing jibs cranes can be supplied without a hoist to fit a manual chain block or tool balancer, but the most common option is an electric chain hoist, on lighter applications this is usually paired with a push travel trolley to allow manual travel along the jib arm, however in more heavy duty applications the hoist can featured motorised travel, this allows the hoist to horizontally traverse along the jib arm at the touch of a button, hoists and motorised trolleys can also feature one speed or two speed (a slow and fast speed) depending upon the users preferences and what they are handling. For more complex heavy duty work a wire rope hoist can be used, these will stand up to more intense work loads however the cost is significantly more than the chain hoist option.

Donati Jib Cranes can be delivered and professionally installed and commissioned at rock bottom prices with excellent packages nation wide. To learn more about the installation of Donati Jib Cranes you might want to check out our other post.
